A man in his 50s was caught by the police while pretending to be a customer and running away by threatening a convenience store employee with a weapon to steal money and alcohol.
The Incheon Central Police Department urgently arrested A, a 55-year-old man, on charges of special robbery in a house in Jung-gu, Incheon, at around 8:50 on the morning of the 16th.
Mr. A is accused of fleeing at a convenience store in Sinheung-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, at around 11:10 last night, threatening an employee with a weapon and taking money and goods worth 500,000 won, including alcohol and cash.
The police plan to further investigate Mr. A's motives and then review the application for an arrest warrant.
