Today (6th), the report came to someone who said it does not exist legally.

I have lived without problems for 40 years, and even though I have a passport and a resident registration card, by law, I am a'nobody'.

It is said that they cannot even report marriage and even report birth even if they have children. Reporter Park Jae-hyun reported how this happened.

Mr. Park, who lives in Daegu, started taking pictures as if he was trying to prove his existence.

Baby in a walker, happy childhood.

I traveled abroad with my friends, and I was selected as a model taxpayer by running a small business.

But something happened to Mr. Park that shakes up his 40 years of normal life.

[Mr. Park: I don't.

They say I'm not legally.]

Park tried to get a family relationship certificate for bank loans and marriage registration, but this was the first time he learned that he didn't exist legally.

[Park's husband: I'm embarrassed at the town office.

It means that you don't have one.]

I tried logging in on the Supreme Court website with a public certificate in my name.

[Park's husband: It doesn't exist.

It comes out like this.]

[Mr. Park's husband: I was laughing and joking.

You are a ghost

Are you a spy?

I was joking.

This person has a seal, a certified copy, and a business license.

I have a passport.]

Park found out that the birth record does not exist in the court-managed family register, and Mr. Park went to the hospital where he was born.

However, it has been a long time since it was closed.

Fortunately, Park's name remained on the resident registration card 40 years ago, which I only found at the town office.

Park, who exists in the administrative network, is not in the court records, why?

It is presumed that there was a mistake in the town office at the time.

Upon receiving notification of birth, the relevant documents must be sent to the court to register in the family register, but this process is omitted.

[Park's husband: Go to the ward office and get the family registration application form. Then, take a taxi to the ward office to get it.

Did you call the town office and find the birth evidence?

I wasn't able to work properly.]

Although I received my resident registration card and passport as administrative network records, Mr. Park was in a position not to report marriage or report the birth of a child.

I had to give up bank loans as I couldn't get a family relationship certificate.

I inquired about the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and the rights and interests committee, but only said that there was nothing we could do right away.

[Park's husband: I'm afraid to call somewhere.

I got a neurosis.

Because no one will listen to my story.]

Mr. Park plans to go through the legal process again to prove birth by collecting records such as genetic analysis with his family.

SBS decided to provide Mr. Park with legal advice necessary for his legal status.
