<Anchor> If

you drink a little alcohol, you shouldn't drive.

But when I called the deputy driver, a drunk person came and grabbed the steering wheel.

Reporter Park Jae-hyun reports.

A road in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, around 10 p.m. on the 3rd.

A SUV stops at the roadside, and the man in the back seat gets off.

When this man approaches the driver's seat and says something, the driver follows.

They travel to the sidewalk and wait for someone, but after a while the police arrive.

The owner of the vehicle, who confirmed that the driver was drunk, called the police.

Vehicles running on this road stopped here.

The surrogate driver who drove this vehicle was intoxicated at the level of revoked license.

The deputy driver traveled tens of meters, but the vehicle owner reported that he was so drunk that he could not communicate.

[Witness: It was snowing, so I looked out and saw that there was a patrol car and a car was standing in front of me... So I guess what kind of accident happened.] A

surrogate driver in her 40s was arrested on charges of drunk driving.

The agency driver's agency said that the account was urgently suspended so that the agency driver could not operate, and that it would actively cooperate with the police investigation.

In September of last year, a surrogate driver who drove 27 km while driving at the level of a license suspension in the state of intoxication caused an accident.

[At the time, the victim of the car owner: I was constantly leaving the lane, so when I asked if I drank alcohol, I said that I drank cold medicine... .] In

many cases, it is difficult for a car owner who drank alcohol to know whether a substitute driver is drinking.

The reality is that there are no clear preventive measures other than thorough training and management for the surrogate driver.
