Supreme Court Chief Kim Myung-soo apologized for the controversy over false clarifications related to the transcript released by the Busan High Court Chief Judge Im Seong-geun on the 4th.

Supreme Court Chief Kim said in a statement sent to reporters today, "I regret that I responded differently, depending on unclear memories nine months ago."

He admitted that the clarification that he never mentioned'impeachment' to Judge Lim is different from the facts.

Supreme Court Chief Kim explained, "I remember that I said the same contents as the recorded material, based on the recorded material released to the press, and when I reviewed my memory,'it is not in principle appropriate to resign in the middle rather than at the time of the regular greeting." .

This is not to say that it is not a ``political awareness'' that is raised by some, but to deter the resignation of the office.

Earlier, Judge Lim resigned for health reasons in May of last year, but it is said that Supreme Court Justice Kim rejected the resignation, saying that if he accepted the resignation, he could be accused of preventing the National Assembly's discussion of impeachment.

When this suspicion arose yesterday, Chief Justice Kim denied that "there was no fact that he said that the resignation could not be repaired due to the issue of impeachment," but today, Judge Lim released the transcript and controversy over false explanations arose.

In the transcripts released, Supreme Court Chief Kim said, "If I talk openly, I'm installing it like that to impeach it now, but if I said I've accepted my resignation, what would you hear from the National Assembly?"
