In addition, the median income standard that can be recognized as a single-parent family is applied by raising the vehicle displacement to 2,000 cc and the vehicle price to less than KRW 5 million.



In addition, we plan to increase the number of rental housing units where single-parent families can live for an average of KRW 200,000 per month to 222 units this year, and reduce the qualifications for occupancy in family welfare facilities to less than 100% of median income from this year.



In addition, for low-income single-parent families, the government support rate will be increased to up to 90%, and additional child care services will be provided from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from next month.



Parents who do not pay child support are requested to suspend their driver's license from June, and if the government urgently provides temporary child support expenses, income tax, property tax, credit and insurance information can be inquired without the parent's consent.



Then, from July, the Ministry of Justice asked the Minister of Justice to ban their departure and allowed them to disclose their name, age, occupation, and address on the government's website and the media.



Parents who do not pay their child support obligations even after receiving a court order in prison will be sentenced to a prison sentence of up to one year or a fine of up to 10 million won.
