A man threw his bag into it, crossed a high fence and broke into the office building, which was happening after taking drugs.

However, the government building was not even aware of the intrusion until a long time passed and the man left the bag.

This is the exclusive report by reporter Jung Joon-ho.

Around midnight, a man throws a bag over a fence and he himself jumps over the fence and runs somewhere.

The place where this man invaded was the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Sejong Government Complex.

The man entered the government building through the underground parking lot and stepped out of the front door three hours later.

No one knew of the pre-intrusion until the man, who returned around 6 a.m., was stopped this time trying to enter the front door.

The government building management headquarters reported to the police at 2:30 pm, about 15 hours after the intrusion.

It turned out that this man left the bag in front of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's office, but it wasn't until noon that the control room of the government building recognized the existence of the bag and learned that the building was opened.

[Government Building Management Headquarters Official: Basically, I turn the CCTV once.

Until then, I didn't know anything like this, but the bag was received at around 12 o'clock in our control room...

I looked at it a little precisely, and then at 2:30 I confirmed the (intrusion).]

In the bag, it was confirmed that there was a syringe and a handwritten letter saying "Thank you to the welfare department suffering from corona."

On the 15th, the prosecution indicted a man on charges of intruding into buildings and taking drugs.

It is known that he stated that it was done during a hallucination.

The government building control room explained that the moment of intrusion was missed due to the large number of CCTVs to watch, but it seems necessary to prepare a fundamental countermeasure against the impenetrable penetration of the nation's top-rated security facility.
