The medical staff stands out among the people wearing thick clothes during the cold wave.



In this hospital, 23 patients, including a patient, a guardian, a doctor, and a nurse, were all confirmed, and full examinations are in progress on faculty, patients, guardians, and caregivers.



The guardian of an internal medicine patient who was admitted to the shared room on the 15th floor was notified of the first confirmation yesterday, and the hospital conducted a full investigation of the patient, guardian, and medical staff on the same floor to find 9 more confirmed cases.



In addition, the number of related confirmed patients increased to 23, including guardians who were confirmed externally.



Hanyang University Hospital tested for corona19 before hospitalization for hospitalized patients, but it has been confirmed that only cases with symptoms for guardians.



The number of confirmed cases may increase as a complete examination is in progress.



At Hanyang University Hospital, the confirmed patient on the 15th floor was transferred to a corona 19 treatment bed inside and outside the hospital, and patients and guardians who were tested negative were quarantined in the ward.



An epidemiological investigation is currently underway, and the hospital plans to proceed with other treatment and surgery schedules as usual.



After the COVID-19 outbreak, group infections were confirmed in Seoul, starting with Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital in February of last year, Asan Hospital in Seoul, and Severance Hospital.
