Indeed, they were informed by Google that their product had been removed from the Play Store, due to a violation of the "policy on sexual content and insults".

Google apologizes
The developers quickly understood where the mistake came from.
One of the subtitle formats available on the app includes the extension “.
ass ”, for“ Advanced Sub Station alpha ”.
The web giant's algorithm believed it was the word "ass", which means "ass" in French.
Fortunately, Google was quick to put the application back online when its teams were notified of the error.
The company took the opportunity to apologize.
It is not uncommon for software to be confronted with this type of situation, which can be even more problematic when it comes to really dangerous content.
