On the 28th, around 12:55 noon, an accident occurred in which a traffic light fell on the road near Gugi Tunnel Intersection in Jinheung-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
According to the police and fire departments, no one was injured, but the two lanes in the direction where the traffic light fell were partially controlled.
The Seoul Northern Road Office said that it was working to erect temporary traffic lights, saying that it was "overrun by a gust of wind."
