Rabobank customers may experience problems with payment via iDEAL due to a malfunction at Rabobank, a spokesperson reported Wednesday.
According to the spokesperson, the bank has been experiencing some "instability" since about 5.15 pm, as a result of which iDEAL payments can fail.
She did not immediately say when the problems are expected to be resolved, but does report that the bank is working on a solution.
