A, 54, took a city bus in Cheongju City in mid-July last year.

Mr. A, wearing a mask over his chin, asked Mr. B, a 37-year-old bus driver, to "use the mask correctly."

Angry, Mr. A was handed over to trial on charges of making a fuss, such as pushing the driver's body several times and threatening him with a fist.

After the crime, Mr. A got off the bus and ran away, but was accused of assaulting Mr. B, who followed him, and injuring him for two weeks.

The Cheongju District Act sentenced A (54), who was charged with assaulting a driver under the Aggravated Punishment Act for certain crimes, to 1 year in prison and 2 years probation.

The court also ordered Mr. A to serve 80 hours of community service.
