Kang Hoon (20), who is an accomplice to Jo Joo-bin (25), the operator of the telegram'Park Sabang' in which sexual exploits were distributed, appealed against the first trial ruling that sentenced him to 15 years in prison.



According to the legal profession, Kang filed an appeal to the court today in dissatisfaction with the decision of the 31st Division of the Seoul Central District Criminal Agreement (Deputy Judge Cho Seong-pil), who sentenced him to 15 years in prison yesterday (21st).



Kang, known as the Doctor's Room ``Second Person'', conspired with Jo in September-November 2019, threatening 18 victims, including 7 children and adolescents, to film and produce sexual exploitation videos, and posted on Telegram for commercial purposes. He was charged with selling and distributing.



Kang is a key accomplice who helped manage and operate the doctoral room from the stage that Jo created the doctoral room and started his activities.



On the other hand, Mr. Cho was sentenced to 40 years in prison last year and was sentenced to 11 months in prison and appealed, and is set to have his first trial on the 26th.
