A man in his twenties who ran away with the sound of spitting on only women was sentenced to probation.

Judge Jeong Wan, who was solely responsible for criminal 11 of the Seoul Northern District Law, sentenced Mo Kim, who was imprisoned on the charges of habitual assault, to eight months in prison, two years probation, and ordered probation, 80 hours of social service, and 40 hours of medical supervision.

The judge stated the reason for the sentence, saying, "It is only for women who are unable to resist and the crime is heavy using a bicycle to make it difficult to track."

Kim is accused of running around riding a bicycle in Jungnang-gu, Seoul from July to August of last year, making a spitting sound on 23 women's faces and running away.

Some of the victims were exposed to the risk of corona19 infection by getting the saliva that Kim actually spit on their bodies.

At the trial, Kim explained the reason for the crime against women, saying, "It seemed like I would be harmed and the work would increase to spit on men."
