A flourishing market, but terribly energy intensive.

While the new generation consoles (the PS5 and the Xbox Series X) have been released recently, voices are rising in the gaming community to question the environmental footprint of this industry.

Consoles quickly replaced, graphics taken to the extreme, use of more powerful television, online gaming ... At different levels, consoles "pump" a lot of raw material and electricity.

Downloading titles online, rather than purchasing them over the physical network, is already a solution.

But why not also reinforce the reuse of old consoles left in the attic?
