Singer Im Seul-ong, 34, from group 2AM, who killed himself by hitting a pedestrian while driving on a rainy road at night, received a summary order of fines.
Today (18th), the Seoul Western District Law announced on the 13th that it issued a summary order of 7 million won to Im.
The summary order is a procedure in which the court imposes penalties such as fines, confiscation, etc. with only documents without a mental trial.
If Mr. Lim disagrees, he can request a formal trial.
In November of last year, the prosecution briefly prosecuted Mr. Lim for violating the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling (fatal death), taking into account the points he agreed with his family.
Lim is accused of hitting and killing a man who was driving an SUV on a road in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul on August 1st last year at around 11:50 pm and crossing a crosswalk at a crosswalk.
