Unlike the forecast that there will be big snowfall at dawn in Seoul and the metropolitan area, it rarely snows until 9 am today (18th), and the way to work in this area was not much different from usual.
According to the Meteorological Administration, snow is showing a lull in most areas of the metropolitan area.
As of 7 am, the snowfall was 1.5cm in Seocho-gu, Dongjak-gu, 1.0cm, and 0.1cm in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
As the heavy snow forecast missed, there was no traffic control in Seoul due to snow, and public transportation ran without problems.
Rather, traffic on the way to work was scattered as some citizens who heard the snow forecast rush to work Monday morning.
The Meteorological Administration predicted, "Seoul will repeat the weak snow in the morning and then stop, and there will be places where strong snow falls again during the day."
