With a lot of snow forecasted to fall all over the country overnight, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters raised the emergency response stage to stage 2 from 8:00 pm and started preemptive response.
The script said, "It is expected that more snow will fall than expected from the night of today (17th) to the morning of tomorrow."
Minister of Public Administration and Security Jeon Jeon Jeon-cheol, head of the company headquarters, said, "Because of concerns about traffic congestion and accidents, we ask you to thoroughly implement safety measures such as spraying snow removal agents in advance."
