Actor Jo Duck-je, 53, who was handed over to the trial for posting on the Internet that defames the sexually harassed actress, was sentenced to prison and arrested.

Judge Park Chang-woo, exclusively for criminal 2 of the Uijeongbu District Act, was accused of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation of honor), insults, and violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (compliance with confidentiality) yesterday (14th). Mr. Jo was sentenced to one year and February in prison.

Jeong Mo, a cohabitation with whom was accused of the same charges, was sentenced to two years probation in June of imprisonment.

The judge said, "The defendant, Mr. Jo, indicated the false facts with arbitrary guesses," and said, "By producing and posting a video different from the actual scene of the forced harassment, the victim appears to have made a false statement."

"It seems that Mr. Cho complained of the resentment of forced harassment and committed the crime by accident, but after the second trial, he was dissatisfied with the judgment and committed the crime." He added.

Earlier, after the sexual harassment case trial proceeded in 2017-2018 or the Supreme Court finalized judgment, Jo and others were prosecuted in spite of being charged with posting false details of defamation on the Internet for the purpose of slandering the other actress.

I have also been accused of making the identities of victims of sex offenses available while posting such articles.

The prosecutors demanded three years in prison for Mr. Jo and 10 months in prison for Mr. Chung.

Previously, in April 2015, Cho was handed over to trial on charges of forcibly harassing the other actress, such as touching the body of the other actress without prior agreement during the filming of the film in April 2015. The time has been confirmed.
