Park Won-soon, former Seoul Mayor Jeong-mo, was handed over to trial in September last year on charges of sexual assault on a colleague A.

Victim A is the person who sued former Mayor Park for sexual harassment.

The judge admitted to Chung's charges and sentenced him to three years and six months in prison, and then arrested him in court.

But unexpectedly, Mayor Park was mentioned in this trial.

Defendant Jung argued that the victim's complaint of post-traumatic stress disorder was due to what he had suffered from Mayor Park Jeon, not himself, and the judge has revealed its judgment.

The judge said, "It must be true that the victim suffered a great deal from the sexual harassment of Mayor Park."

At the same time, as a basis for judgment, the victim's hospital consultation records and treatment contents were presented since May last year.

However, the court said that the victim's mental suffering was more directly caused by the crime of the defendant, rather than Mayor Park.

The victim's lawyer said that it was fortunate that the judges mentioned the harassment of Mayor Park.

[Kim Jae-ryun/ Victim's Legal Representative: Legally, I lost the opportunity to complain about the damage, but it would be a little consoling to the victim that the court gave some judgment.]

Amidst this, the Seoul Northern District Prosecutor's Office accused former Mayor Park of sexual harassment. The accusation case against Democratic Party lawmaker Nam In-soon and Kim Young-soon, the permanent representative of the Korean Women's Association, who were allegedly leaked to the outside, was allocated to the investigation team.
