This is the driver controlled by the police, unknown to the justice services, and a sidekick, who is known for several acts of violence in the past.

The two individuals will appear immediately on Wednesday at the Bobigny Correctional Court, for death threats against persons holding public authority, driving without a license, rebellion, violence against persons holding public authority in meeting with an ITT greater than 8 days and finally provocation to rebellion.
The scene was filmed and made the rounds of social networks: last Sunday, January 3, two police officers, bikers from the CSI93, were beaten up by about fifteen people during a road check in Aulnay-sous-Bois en Seine -St Denis.
They had both been hospitalized, one with a sore shoulder, the other suffering in the ribs.
An investigation for violence against persons holding public order had been opened by the Bobigny prosecutor's office.
Urban violence Tuesday evening
The arrests on Tuesday gave rise to urban violence in the evening, in the district of 3000, where the famous road check took place.
The police were the target of fireworks mortars, caught in a pincer movement in a street whose entrance and exit had been blocked by barricades on fire.
About fifty people were waiting for the police, armed with fireworks and various projectiles.
The police finally made the individuals flee, without any injuries to be deplored.
Four cars were however damaged.
