suspicion of fraudulent questions has been raised in connection with the bar exam that is taking place this week.

It means that the test questions are almost the same as the class materials I did at a specific university, but reporter Junwoo Bae covered what happened.

suspicion was raised that one of the questions on the first day of the bar exam held on the 5th was similar to the mock test question used in Yonsei University law school classes.

Candidates even raised suspicion of the law school professor's wrongdoing, saying the two questions were almost the same.

As the controversy amplified, the Ministry of Justice said that the law school professor had not participated in the exam and that it would try to find out the truth.

One of the professors in charge of the class told SBS that the material for the class was provided by the Ministry of Justice 10 years ago.

It means that the professor who was in charge of the class used the materials that the Ministry of Justice gave as an example of the class, but had no idea that this question would be presented.

[Kang Seong-min/Attorney who raised suspicion of negative questions: (Ministry of Justice) I have to submit midterm and final exams by law school professors, as well as mock exams used during lectures, and make sure that they do not overlap...

This is not the only controversy regarding the bar exam.

This year, unlike previous years, the code provided by the test center allowed the use of highlighters or underlining, which also became a problem.

Because the changed policy was not properly communicated, the candidates who did not know this were disadvantaged.

Apart from the findings of the fact-finding, it became difficult to avoid criticism for the easy-going manager of the Justice Department.
