Painter Kim Chang-yeol, a master of Korean abstract art, well known for his water droplets, died at the age of 92.



Born in South Pyongan Province in 1929, the deceased descended to South Korea at the age of 16 and began to learn painting. In 1965, he settled in Paris, France after passing through New York City, and began his career as a painter.



The deceased's'Water Drop Painting' was first shown in Paris, France in 1972, and has been around for nearly 50 years.
