, bringing out the tension that many citizens have after almost a year since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
The discussion has been recorded and shared on social networks by journalist Esther Yáñez, who was a witness of the moment.
In the images you can see how a man, in a bad way, accuses a girl of wearing her mask incorrectly by not covering her nose, yelling at her: "Cover your nose!"
The young woman, after the call for attention, does not answer with better ways either.
"Leave me alone, I have the mask on," he says, in addition to accusing the man of a "fucking racist" while he pointed out again: "Stop your nose!"
Faced with the anger, both passengers receive insults from other Metro users.
Some even intervene by pointing out that the man is right in asking to cover his nose.
"Is it necessary to come to this? What the fuck happens to us as a society, as a community, as human beings?
Are we incapable of treating each other with respect, with love, with common sense? With education!
Is it so difficult? I am very worried due to the 'invisible' consequences of the pandemic ", reflects Yáñez in a message after the video.
