The court pointed out that "it is necessary to review whether the subject of civil lawsuits is correct" in response to a request for temporary injunction made by a medical organization asking for the suspension of taking the written examination for the doctor's national examination by Jo Mo, the daughter of former Justice Minister Cho Kook.

The 21st part of the Civil Affairs Division of the Seoul Eastern District Law announced this and decided to submit additional documents after the Korean Pediatrics and Adolescents Medical Association filed an application for temporary suspension of validity against the Korea National Examination Institute for Health and Medical Services.

The court explained, "It wasn't explained how the legal interests of the pediatric and adolescent physicians' society, the applicant, were violated by Mr. Cho's national examination," and said, "I wonder if it is possible to file a civil lawsuit simply because of'infringement of public welfare." .

Jo, who is a senior at Pusan National University Medical School, passed the practical exam for the 2021 National Doctoral Examination last September, and is scheduled to take the written exam from the 7th to the 8th.
