A power outage occurred in some apartment complexes in Unjeong New Town, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 9:40 pm on the 2nd last night.
The accident left 3,900 households out of power for up to an hour.
An official from KEPCO said that it was identified that there was a problem with the voltage supplied to the apartment complex due to an abnormality in the facility, and that the exact cause of the accident was identified.
