In July, it was confirmed as a result of the prosecution's investigation that the fact that the late Mayor Park Won-soon was accused of sexual harassment was delivered to Mayor Park through an official from a female organization.

The Seoul Northern District Prosecutor's Office today (30th) announced the results of the investigation into the alleged leak of the alleged accusation by Mayor Park.

According to the prosecution, the attorney of the sexual harassment victim informed the officials of the women's organization on July 7 that they were going to sue Mayor Park Jeon as'Me Too', and the contents were delivered to the member of Parliament A through other women's organizations.

The lawmaker called Im Soon-young at the time of the Seoul Gender News Agency to ask if there was anything unfavorable about Mayor Park, and the Prosecutors said that it was found that Lim Soon-young informed Mayor Park about this.

Mayor Park was found dead near the Sukjeongmun Gate of Mt. Bukak around 0 o'clock on the 10th after leaving the mission on the 9th, the next day.

Initially, the case started from the case of accusations of the Blue House, the prosecution, and police officials leaking the accused (secret leak for public service, etc.).

However, as a result of analyzing the contents of the phone call of the related party, the prosecutors found that they could not be considered to have leaked information related to the facts of the accusation to the outside, so they were all unprodicted.

The prosecution decided that the act of notifying the women's organization of the accusation was done through personal relations, and therefore could not be applied for public service charges such as leaking secrets.
