Yesterday (28th) around 4pm, a car hit a pedestrian and crashed down a river on a road in Seongbok-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Citizens who watched the accident were captured by the cameras as they jumped into the river and helped rescue. 



According to viewer Jeon Da-young's report, after three men took off their feet to save the driver and passers-by, they were busy with the rescue.

One man ran to an unconscious passerby to do CPR, and another man kept shouting, "Are you in your mind?" 



At that time, even in cold weather exceeding the sub-zero zone, they immersed their feet in a river knee high and set out to rescue.

Their first aid was followed until rescuers arrived after the accident. 



After rescuers arrived, an estimated woman in her 70s who was hit by a vehicle was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. 



The informant, Jeon Da-young, called the rescue heroes'exemplary citizens' and said, "There were a lot of children around. I was grateful to them and I was reassuring. 



According to the fire department, a car driven by a man in his 70s struck a woman standing in India and then rolled into a river.



The driver was reported to have claimed a sudden start, saying, "The brakes suddenly did not work."

It was confirmed that drinking alcohol was not drunk driving.



The police are investigating the exact details of the accident based on Mr. A's statement and nearby CCTV.
