Group infection continues not only through hospitals but also through nursing homes.

There are already 26 confirmed cases in nursing homes in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do, group infections in nursing facilities are showing signs of spreading to the local community'n-order' infection.

There is an access control guide on the first floor of the building.

A total of 26 people were infected in five days after an employee was first confirmed on the 21st.

The quarantine authorities believe that the infection has led to a series of infections including residents, co-workers and family members.

Facilities with group infections were quarantined in the same group.

Even in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do overnight, 11 residents of Geunnam-myeon and Galmal-eup were confirmed.

Of these, six appear to have been in contact with the confirmed person at a religious facility, and five are found to be neighbors who ate lunch together in small groups or have frequent contact.

The quarantine authorities are suspicious of whether this collective infection in the Cheorwon area started at an elderly protection facility.

In an epidemiological investigation, it was confirmed that the movement of new confirmed patients overlapped with the travel route of the confirmed patients who visited the elderly care facility where the recent group infection occurred.

In a nursing hospital in Sunchang-gun, Jeollabuk-do, the cumulative number of confirmed cases increased to 61 as 44 people were tested positive in a pile.

The quarantine authorities are deepening pains as they show signs of spreading a series of infections linked to vulnerable facilities across the country.
