The late Park Won-soon, former Seoul Mayor, victim A of the sexual harassment case, sued the police against former Seoul City Personnel Planning Secretary Min Gyeong-guk and Kim Min-woong, Kyung Hee University's Future Civilization Prof., who released a letter he wrote on social media.

Mr. A said that it had sued former secretary Min and Professor Kim to the cyber investigation team of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency yesterday (24th).

Mr. A pointed out that Professor Kim exposed the letter containing the victim's real name on social media for exactly 28 minutes. This is a violation of Article 24 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (Prohibition of Disclosure of Victim's Identity and Privacy).

Earlier, former secretary Min revealed three letters on his SNS that Mr. A wrote to congratulate Mayor Park on his birthday from 2016 to 2018.

After that, while Professor Kim posted the photo of the same letter on his SNS, A's real name was exposed online for several minutes.

As the controversy grew, Professor Kim said that when he uploaded the data on his Facebook on the morning of the 25th, the victim's name was unintentionally exposed for about a minute or two. We posted an apology stating that we apologize.
