President Yoon also ordered that the quarantine and safety of criminal justice facilities should be regarded as a top priority considering the recent outbreak of large-scale group infection in the Seoul East Detention Center.



In addition, President Yoon stressed that the right to access and transport with lawyers and family members is a fundamental right under the constitution, so the government has an obligation to make every effort to ensure maximum coverage even in a corona 19 emergency.
