The second court hearing in the case of suspension of execution, requested by Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, "Please stop the effect of the two-month suspension" will be held today (24th).
The 12th division of the Seoul Administrative Court is scheduled to hold a second interrogation at 3 pm this afternoon to hear additional opinions from President Yoon and the Ministry of Justice regarding the procedural illegality of suspension.
Earlier, the court interrogated on the 22nd, but could not reach a conclusion.
The main lawsuit against the suspension itself is difficult to be ruled until July of next year, when the term of President Yoon is over, and the suspension of execution trial is expected to replace the original lawsuit.
If the judge cites President Yoon's request for suspension of execution, he will immediately return to his office, and if he decides to dismiss him, he will remain suspended for two months.
