Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol has decided not to attend the two-month suspension of suspension of execution on the 22nd.



In a statement sent to reporters on the day, Mr. Yoon's lawyer Lee Wan-kyu said, "Today's interrogation, Mr. Yoon does not go."



Accordingly, only the lawyers of President Yoon's side will attend the trial.



President Yoon did not attend the trial on the 30th of last month to suspend the exclusion of duties and the second deliberation by the Prosecutors' Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of Justice held on the 10th and 15th.



The trial on the case for suspension of execution of President Yoon's two-month suspension will be held at the Seoul Administrative Court on this day at 2 pm.



The presiding judge is Sunwook Hong, Deputy Judge of the 12th Division



It is expected that President Yoon and the Ministry of Justice will engage in heated battles over whether'hard to recover damages' from the two-month suspension of execution in court, the public welfare impact of the decision to suspend execution, and the legality of disciplinary procedures.
