On the 18th, the birthday of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, a '60th birthday party' was held in front of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

On this day, citizens of conservative organizations gathered in front of the front gate of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office to congratulate President Yoon on his sixtieth birthday.

They wore feathers on their heads and gave rice cakes to the citizens, creating an atmosphere of a feast.

He also sang a happy birthday song saying, "Happy birthday to you, dear President."

However, on this day, President Yoon was not at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.

This is because on the 16th, the disciplinary committee of the Ministry of Justice decided to discipline'two months for honesty', and President Moon Jae-in was admitted at the request of Justice Minister Chu Miae.

Currently, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Nam-gwan Cho is acting as the president's authority instead of General Yoon, who was excluded from work.

On the 17th, President Yoon filed a lawsuit for suspension of execution and cancellation of the disciplinary action for'two months of honesty'.

Under the National Public Service Act, the defendant in the lawsuit is the head of the agency (the Minister of Justice), but the fact that the president is the final author of the disciplinary action against General Yoon, the first lawsuit against the president by the incumbent prosecutor has become reality.
