The prosecution requested the court to issue an order to restrict employment of eight and ten years in prison to former employee A of the secretary's office of the mayor of Seoul, who is accused of sexually assaulting a fellow employee.
Mr. A is accused of sexually assaulting an unconscious fellow woman who was drunk the day before the April 15 general election.
It is known that Mr. A admitted that he had touched a part of the victim's body, but denied the rape charges.
The victim is also a victim who sued former Mayor Park Won-soon for sexual harassment.
