On the 4th, Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol raised suspicion of omission, saying that it is suspected that some of the inspection records handed over by the Ministry of Justice to guarantee the right of defense were missing.

Yoon's lawyer Wan-kyu Lee said on the day that "I plan to ask the Ministry of Justice today to confirm whether there are any missing parts in the inspection record that I received, and if it is possible to give the missing part."

Yoon's side received five 2,000 pages of prosecution records from the Ministry of Justice the day before, but the number of pages displayed on the document was cut off in the middle, so the lawyer said.

He also said that most of the contents of the prosecution record were collected from media articles, and that the contents related to the actual prosecution investigation were only a part.

Earlier, on the 1st, President Yoon requested three things to the Ministry of Justice, saying it is necessary to ensure the right to defend, ▲ reading and copying the inspection records, ▲ approval documents for disciplinary claims, ▲ disclosure of information on the list of disciplinary committee members.

The Ministry of Justice handed over a copy of the inspection records the previous day, but has not responded to the request for disclosure of the disciplinary claim approval document and the list of disciplinary committee members.
