Mr. A, a member

judo national team, accompanied the athletes to the hospital from July 2014 to February 2018 to undergo a'fake vision test'.

The athletes acted as if they had poor eyesight, such as holding and moving the arm of Mr. A in the hospital, and they tricked the doctor by answering that they could not see any visible objects, and eventually obtained a medical certificate with a visual acuity of 0.1 or less, which is the standard for visually impaired athletes.



Subsequently, Mr. A selected them as the national athletes for visually impaired judo and participated in international judo competitions such as the 2014 Incheon Asian Paralympic Games, 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, and 2018 Jakarta Asian Paralympic Games.

Eleven out of 13 athletes won gold medals and won prizes, each receiving 1.3 million to 42 million won worth of government rewards.
