Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, who requested the court to cancel the exclusion of duties imposed by Minister Chu Mi-ae, is held the day after tomorrow, on the 30th.

It is two days before the Yoon's disciplinary committee, which will be held on the 2nd of next month, and it is noted whether the court decision will come first.

4th division of the Seoul Administrative Court decides whether to suspend the effect of exclusion by opening a closed date for an examination of the request for suspension of the execution of duties requested by Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol on the 30th, next Monday.

It seems that the reason that the judiciary decided the interrogation date to be 30 days took into account that the disciplinary committee against President Yun will be held on the 2nd of next month.

It is also interpreted to mean that the court will first determine the matter and make a judgment before the disciplinary action is finalized.

Therefore, considering the materiality of the matter, the possibility that the court will make a decision on the day of the interrogation cannot be ruled out.

If the judge does not accept the request for suspension of execution, President Yoon cannot return to office, but if the result is contrary, President Yoon may return to work immediately.

However, even if he returns to work, a proposal to dismiss or suspend President Yoon from the disciplinary committee on the 2nd of the following month is voted, and if the president approves it, he must resign as soon as he returns to work.

This is because the court decision is a judgment on the'exclusion of duty' action by the attorney general before the disciplinary committee.

However, President Yoon's position is to file a lawsuit with the court again even if discipline is imposed.
