Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae made a stance on this as front-line prosecutors rebelled against the exclusion of duties against President Yoon Suk-yeol.

Considering the seriousness, materiality, and urgency of the judge's illegal inspection documents, it is an explanation that it was an indispensable measure, but it seems difficult for criticism to subside.

Attorney General Choo Mi-ae said that he fully understands the shock and embarrassment that the prosecutors' organization might have received from the disciplinary claim and exclusion from the prosecutor general.

However, with sufficient reference to these opinions, he once again emphasized his intention to enforce a series of measures against President Yun, saying that he would proceed with disciplinary procedures in accordance with laws and procedures.

In particular, they pointed out that in the case of the judge's inspection documents, only certain judgments were classified and stigmatized, an insulting character was given, and non-public personal information was included.

At the same time, he said he was disappointed that he did not respond to the investigation at all and that he did not apologize to the courts and judges when he obtained and released the inspection documents after exclusion.

In spite of Minister Chu's voice, opposition within the prosecutors' office is growing.

Prior to this, more than 20 prosecutors' offices across the country, including the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan Ulsan, Suwon, and Chuncheon District Prosecutors' Office, held meetings.

The review prosecutors asked Minister Chu Mi-ae to withdraw the disciplinary action, claiming that it was illegal and unfair to request a disciplinary action against the president and order the exclusion from the office in a situation where the facts were not sufficiently confirmed.

Six top prosecutors, the chief prosecutor, and most prosecutor-level executives, the front-line branch and supervisory prosecutors, and 20 secretary-generals who are high-ranking public prosecutors joined the group statement.

It is known that the review prosecutor's meeting is being held at various prosecutors' offices today (27th), and the movement of collective rebellion within the prosecution is expected to increase.
