Roscosmos expects from RSC Energia proposals for a new orbital station

Roscosmos is really looking forward to a proposal and an engineering note from RSC Energia on a new multifunctional orbital station.

These projects will first be considered at the NTS (Scientific and Technical Council. -

) of Roskosmos, and then reported to the government, "RIA Novosti reports.

RAS Corresponding Member, Pilot-Cosmonaut, First Deputy General Director of RSC Energia Vladimir Solovyov said that some elements of the International Space Station (ISS) are damaged, and after 2025 an “avalanche” failure is predicted on board the station. 

Earlier, the cosmonauts managed to find the place of the air leak on the ISS, it was in the Russian module "Zvezda".

Later it became known that the Russian cosmonaut Sergei Ryzhikov, during the spacewalk, did not find any traces of external influence, possibly causing the appearance of a crack in the Russian Zvezda module of the ISS.
