Starting with the eastern branch of the Busan District Prosecutor's Office on the night of the 25th, a review meeting was held at more than 10 prosecutors' offices across the country until this evening.

These include the Seoul East District Prosecutors' Office, Uijeongbu and Suwon, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Cheongju, Chuncheon, Changwon, Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office and Cheonan Branch Office, and Goyang Branch Office.

The review prosecutors asked Minister Chu Mi-ae to withdraw the disciplinary action, claiming that it is illegal and unfair to request a disciplinary action against the president and order exclusion from the office in a situation where the facts are not sufficiently confirmed.

The review prosecutor's meeting has been held seven years since 2013, when former Prosecutor General Chae Dong-wook resigned for suspicion of extramarital persons.

The first-line high prosecutors, who are directly under the prosecutor general, also issued statements.

Six high prosecutors, including Seoul High Prosecutors' Office Cho Sang-cheol, asked for a reconsideration of their judgment, saying they agreed with the direction of the prosecution reform, but were questioning whether Minister Chu's investigation command and order for the prosecution against President Yoon Seok-yeol were appropriate.

17 prosecutors, including 15 prosecutors nationwide, also made criticisms, but Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Lee Seong-yoon, Seoul East District Prosecutors' Office Kim Kwan-jeong, and Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office, Lee Jeong-soo, who are evaluated as pro-government propositions, did not participate.

Twenty-seven heads of the front offices nationwide and the heads of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office and the Seoul West District Prosecutors' Office joined the criticism, and 20 front-line prosecutors' office secretaries, who were former investigators, also joined the group statement procession.

At the front-line prosecutors' office, meetings of review prosecutors and executives are continuing, so the scale of participation in group action is expected to increase.
