The city of Seoul today (23rd) saw the current situation of Corona 19 as the greatest turning point, and declared that from the 24th to the end of the year as an'emergency stop period for 10 million citizens'.

At an online briefing on the same day, the city announced in this way that it will implement a'Seoul-style precision quarantine' for the 10 facilities in the building, along with the government's step 2 to raise social distance in the metropolitan area.

First of all, the city decided to reduce public transportation service after 10pm in order to refrain from year-end meetings and minimize movement of citizens.

We plan to reduce the number of buses by 20% each from tomorrow (24th) for city buses and from 27th after sufficient guidance for subways.

If emergency conditions persist in the future, we plan to shorten the time for the last train on the subway from midnight to 11 pm.

Assemblies of 10 or more people across Seoul are also completely prohibited from 0:00 on the 24th until announced separately.

The city explained, "We have decided to take preemptive measures equivalent to the 3rd step of social distancing, reflecting the characteristics of Seoul, which is highly susceptible to nth infection due to its high population density and high floating population."

As a special countermeasure for essay writing and interview tests by universities, which are transferred nationwide as well as the SAT, the city office of education and autonomous districts operate a joint TF to quarantine key management facilities such as restaurants and cafes where test takers frequent from one week before the SAT. 1,800 places including the whole and the classroom are thoroughly inspected.

'Seoul-type precision quarantine' is targeted at religious facilities, workplaces, nursing facilities, day care centers, indoor sports facilities, restaurants, cafes, door-to-door sales businesses, singing practice centers, PC cafes, and academies.

Among them, religious facilities are limited to 20% of the seats, including regular worship, in the second phase, but the Seoul Metropolitan Government strongly recommended that they switch to non-face-to-face online.

Call centers, which are considered as representative high-risk workplaces, recommend reducing the number of workers by half through telecommuting, etc., while checking the symptoms of workers at least twice a day, and receiving corona 19 preemptive tests if 2-3 or more people have symptoms. I did.

Nursing facilities and day care centers with high risk due to the large number of elderly people are prohibited from visiting, going out, or staying overnight.

In addition to the suspension of operation of indoor sports facilities after 9 PM, the operation of the shower room where it is difficult to wear a mask is suspended, and the number of persons is limited to maintain a distance of 2m.

In addition to the suspension of operation after 9 p.m., the Singing Practice Center will be induced to limit the number of people per room.

In addition to taking the second step, allowing only packaging and delivery for cafes all day and after 9 p.m. for restaurants, it was recommended to keep a 2m gap between users when waiting for orders, and to refrain from talking while eating food.
