Nine minutes after the launch, the first stage of the rocket successfully landed on a floating platform in the Atlantic.

Three minutes later, Crew Dragon separated from the second stage of the rocket, went into a given orbit and headed for the ISS.

Crew Dragon carries NASA astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker and JAXA astronaut Soichi Noguchi.

Their mission to the ISS will last six months.

Earlier it was reported that astronaut Hopkins would swear allegiance to the US Space Force aboard the ISS.
