<Anchor> A

report came in at a daycare center in Ulsan saying that a 3-year-old child was seated in a chair with a table that couldn't be escaped by himself, and was prevented from moving for several hours.

As soon as I arrived at the daycare center, I was seated in this chair and spent three hours without moving, but the police investigated.

<Reporter> When

lunch is just over, a child is sitting in a chair that is smaller than his body.

Unlike other children who wander freely, the child sits on the same chair the next day and another day.

There are frequent days when a child who has just gone to school sits in a chair as soon as he takes off his coat by the teacher's hand.

One day, the child struggles and falls sideways, but only after the teacher removes the cover, he gets out of the chair.

Group A, who is 28 months old, lived like this every day for as long as 3 hours, but parents who were wondering about the behavior of their children found out by checking CCTV.

[Gun A's father: The kid who was sitting well in the chair tries not to sit on the chair, and he hates it when he tries to sit down.

I keep trying to get out of the car seat. When I sit in the car seat, I cry and keep getting annoyed.]

The first time I saw a child sitting in a chair was taken last September, the first day of the 60-day CCTV footage stored by the daycare center.

[Gun A's mother: Did you sit down the best among them?

Because even one less movement makes the teachers' hands less.

Is that right?]

[Homeroom teacher: Yes.

That's right.]

However, in a notice sent to other parents after a while, I changed the statement that the child had a problem and couldn't help it.

[President of the daycare center: I have a friend who intensively (bullied) a certain child.

The rest of the friends pull their faces, pull clothes, and push when they come next to them.]

Two homeroom teachers in trouble have now resigned, and the police are investigating them for violating the Child Welfare Act.
