According to this fifth edition that has just been released, of the 100 best oils on the planet, 73 are Spanish.

The influential guide, whose foreword has been written by chef Joan Roca (3 Michelin stars), reflects the excellent among the more than 800 samples received from 20 countries and which have been voted by a jury made up of the 26 most reputable tasters of the world. world from Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Portugal, Israel, Argentina, Japan, France and the US.
