Former Star Mobility Chairman Kim Bong-hyun, who exposed the'prosecutor's suspicion of drinking entertainment', designated the entertainment date as July 12 and 18, 2019.
In a statement released today (10th) through a lawyer, former chairman Kim unveiled the date of drinking alcohol based on the mobile phone forensic data presented by the prosecution.

Chairman Kim said, “One of the two dates was at 22:59:25, and I had a phone call with Attorney A for 4 seconds, and I sent a message again at 23:01:57, and 23:18:52 and 23:19. At 21 minutes, I spoke to a bar employee twice.”
He insisted, "Looking at this, it seems that lawyer A called'you can come to this room now', and then I contacted a bar employee asking'Please take special care of this room'."
Previously, in a statement of prison position announced last month, former chairman Kim claimed that in July 2019, he and three incumbent prosecutors were serving alcohol worth 10 million won in a room salon in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, along with Attorney A.
Accordingly, the prosecution formed a dedicated investigation team and investigated former Chairman Kim three times.
The prosecution focused on investigative power on specifying the date the entertainment was held by presenting the forensic data on the cell phone of the bar employees obtained so far to the former chairman.
Former Chairman Kim demanded an objection from Attorney A, revealing the date he had designated.
He urged, "If you look at the reports, lawyer A will reveal your innocence related to attending a drinking party when the date is presented," he urged.
He attended the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office on the 4th, and after receiving the 3rd investigation, he kept talking about the investigation and opened his mouth again after a week.
In this regard, former Chairman Kim explained, "As long as we do not disclose the details of the prosecution investigation, we decided that it would be better to disclose some of the stance on lawyer A's arguments and the date of entertainment for alcoholic beverages disclosed to the media."
“If there is an opportunity to directly answer and explain various questions, I will respond as much as I can.” He added, “I hope that the National Assembly will be able to legitimately post a subtle remark on the contents of the handwritten document and more specific evidence in a manner such as a hearing.
