Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong took the first official seat after the death of Samsung Group Chairman Lee Kun-hee.

Vice-Chairman Lee appeared to attend the trial for the revocation of the Gukjeong Nongdan case held at the Seoul High Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 9th.

The reporters asked Lee Vice Chairman'the feeling of attendance in court after 10 months','evaluation of the Samsung Compliance Committee', and'position on another trial', but none of them answered.

Earlier, the judiciary requested the attendance of Vice-Chairman Lee on the preparatory date for the trial on the 26th of last month, but due to the death of Chairman Lee, the trial was held without Lee.

On the other hand, the trial was suspended for about nine months and resumed last month due to a request to evade the court by a special prosecutor who raised the fair line issue in January.

Vice-Chairman Lee has been charged with bribing a total of 22.9 billion won to former President Park Geun-hye and Choi Seo-won for the succession of Samsung's management rights.

The first trial convicted part of bribery and sentenced Lee to five years in prison, and in the second trial, the number of convictions decreased and sentenced to two years in prison.
