Vice-Chairman Lee has been on trial in ten months since last January.
Vice-Chairman Lee was sentenced to five years in prison in the first trial for bribing former President Park Geun-hye and Seo-won Choi, but was released on probation in the second trial.
However, the possibility of jail sentences increased as the Supreme Court sent the case back to the Seoul High Court last year saying that the three horses and the support fund for the Winter Sports Gifted Center should be included in the bribe.
