"Specialists of the main operational control group of the Russian segment of the ISS, together with the crew of the 64th expedition, continue to study the crack in the Zvezda module," RIA Novosti reports.

It is clarified that at the moment experts are considering various versions of the origin of the crack, so it is premature to draw conclusions about the reasons for its appearance, including the external effect on the module.

Earlier, cosmonaut Sergei Ryzhikov suggested that a crack in the Russian Zvezda module of the ISS could have appeared from an impact from the outside.
