The third division of the Supreme Court (Presidential Judge Kim Jae-hyung) announced on the 28th that it has confirmed the court case sentenced to life imprisonment in the appeal of Ahn, who was charged with murder and other charges.
On April 17, last year, Mr. Ahn was tried for killing or injuring 22 residents evacuating after setting fire to his apartment in Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do.
