The nursery teacher, who had a child who is only one year old and beaten or pinched a crying child with a blanket because he did not sleep, was sentenced to imprisonment in the first and second trials for 40 minutes.

The first criminal division of the Chuncheon Court of the Seoul High Court (Judge Park Jae-woo) sentenced A (39, female), who was charged with violating the Special Cases Act on the punishment of child abuse crimes, and sentenced him to one year and two months in prison and three years of probation. It was revealed on the 29th.

Even after receiving a report of Mr. A's child abuse, we maintained the court case sentenced with a fine of 3 million won to President B (46, female) who did not take action.

The judge ruled that "Mr. A admits the crime, but it is difficult to say that the lower sentence is too light when taking into account the sentencing criteria."

About Mr. B, "As a director, I couldn't properly pay attention and supervise, and it seems I can't run a daycare anymore," he explained.

Mr. A was handed over to trial on charges of physical or emotional abuse to four 1-year-old infants from May to June last year while working as a child care teacher at a daycare center in Hongcheon-gun.

When the child did not sleep, Mr. A wrapped the child with a blanket and laid it on the floor, slamming the child on the back and ass 10 times, and pinching the buttocks.

When the other child cried in the classroom, he made him stand in a clear position, and then held his body with both hands so that he couldn't move.

In addition, they were abused, such as slapping a child on a mat placed on a classroom table or hitting the child's back hard to fall to the floor.

Mr. B knew that Mr. A had physically or emotionally abused the child for a considerable period of time, and did not take any action, such as not checking the closed circuit (CC) TV, even though he received reports of the abuse from other child care teachers.
